Hello

According to my understand, global rollbacker is only used where there is no local admin or the local admins are not active. But clearly here is not the place. I understand your good intention but this is Vietnamese's business and we want to take care of it our own. We don't feel like relying on foreigners. We don't like others to interfere into our own stuffs. If we have to let someone else does our job then it could mean we're incapable of doing it, which is not true. We can handle it without a problem. This is just the matter of national pride and independent. I'm asking you with my respect to not interfere in this project anymore.
