This is a good idea. I looked at your original version of [[bát]], and it looks like the only problem was the {{LKTB|Việt-Hán}} was redirecting to the wrong page. Regarding problem 1, I'm not sure what you mean by the table and {{LKTB|-paro-}} interfering with each other; they just overlap a little (Firefox 2.0b2, WinXP). In any case, the table would interfere with any images that we might add to entries, so floating the table might not leave us much room for other features.
I'm not sure if Laurent would be interesting in tackling problem 2, but I'm going back to school next week, so I definitely won't have time to do any major work like bot-writing until I get settled down. In the meantime, I'm just fixing entries that Laurent already imported.
As for the <nowiki>{{-paro-}}</nowiki> style ''Phiên thiết'' table, we need to pay attention to some changes that the MediaWiki developers plan to implement in the near future. Templates that contain opening HTML tags with no closing tags (or vice-versa) no longer work: the parser automatically opens or closes the tags within the template. We do something similar with {{LKTB|đầu}}, {{LKTB|giữa}}, and {{LKTB|cuối}} to create multiple columns, but these templates use the wikitable syntax. The developers have said that they want to make the same changes to the wikitable parser, so these three templates may not work in the future.
If I ever get around to setting up a bot, I'd like to eventually remove <nowiki>{{giữa}}</nowiki> and
replace <nowiki>{{đầu}}</nowiki> and <nowiki>{{cuối}}</nowiki> with div tags. We can use the <code>columns</code> properties from CSS to divide these lists into even columns. (It only works in Firefox 1.5+ so far, but it's displayed as a simple list in IE and older versions of Firefox, so it wouldn't look too bad.)
In order to eliminate the {{LKTB|row}} template from <nowiki>{{Việt-Hán}}</nowiki>, you could rewrite <nowiki>{{Việt-Hán}}</nowiki> as {{LKTB|Việt-Hán đầu}} and {{LKTB|Việt-Hán cuối}} (just like the old taxobox templates for plants and animals at Wikipedia). Inside, you'd use the wikitable syntax, which is simple enough.
But instead of having a floating table like that, how about placing the {{LKTB|-hanviet-}} table ''above'' the {{LKTB|-zho-}} heading, under the new {{LKTB|-Hani-}} heading. <nowiki>{{-Hani-}}</nowiki>, {{LKTB|-Hans-}}, and {{LKTB|-Hant-}} were designed for Unihan-related information.
